THE battery & charging system analyzer for all 12V starter batteries.<br />
The TestMate mini is more than just a voltmeter, it’s a super fast recorder<br />
of instant volt drop during ‘engine’ cranking – the best indication of a starter<br />
battery’s ability to deliver power when the engine needs it most. Once the<br />
engine runs it checks if the charging system is able to bring the battery<br />
back to full charge.<br />
1 – Checks Battery Voltage – Your battery’s ‘rest’ voltage is an indication of<br />
battery health.<br />
2 – Checks Battery Starting Power – A reading in the red zone indicates a<br />
problem !<br />
3 – Checks Vehicle Charging System – Is the charging system causing the<br />
problem?<br />
Includes mounts for on road testing !<br />
TestMate SPORT is an easy-to-use portable battery tester<br />
specifi cally developed for all 12V motorcycle, ATV / Quad, snowmobile &<br />
personal watercraft starter batteries from 2 to 35Ah (SAE) rated capacity.<br />
Batteries of various different types of construction can be accurately tested<br />
for service-readiness & the amount or percentage of SAE or DIN rated CCA<br />
remaining, by way of 3 selectable programs.<br />
1 - STD / FILLER CAP for batteries with fi ller caps.<br />
2 - SEALED / AGM / GEL for MF (“Maintenance-Free”) motorcycle<br />
batteries of the type with Absorbent Glass Mat separators - dry-charged or<br />
“wet” factory-fi lled & -activated.<br />
3 - HIGH POWER AGM for Yuasa (& equivalent) YTZ & YTX “High<br />
Performance” MF, Extreme & Odyssey®.<br />
Results are displayed with short text giving test result summary (e.g. OK /<br />
Recharge & retest / Bad – recycle)<br />
Powered by a 9V battery & comes with a protective rubber holster.<br />
TestMate AUTO is an easy-to-use portable battery tester<br />
specifi cally developed for all 12V AUTOMOTIVE / MARINE engine starter<br />
batteries up to 200Ah (SAE) rated capacity.<br />
Batteries of various different types of construction can be accurately tested<br />
for service-readiness & the amount or percentage of SAE rated CCA<br />
remaining, by way of 2 selectable programs.<br />
1 - STANDARD SLI for batteries with fi ller caps.<br />
2 - VRLA / GEL / AGM for batteries of the type with Absorbent Glass<br />
Mat separators, dry-charged or “wet” factory-fi lled & activated and starter<br />
batteries with gel-electrolyte construction such as Exide.<br />
