Step 1 - Milieu modulators to assist in acid-base imbalances and
support cellular activity - Starting on Day 1.
Pleo-Alkala - To modulate acid/alkaline balance (2x daily between meals in warm water)
Pleo-Citro - If ‘tuberculinar’ condition (all tissues, mucous membranes...)
- Used in conjunction with Pleo-Nig
Pleo-Sanuvis - If circulatory/congestion condition, used in conjunction with Pleo-Muc
Pleo-Form - If rheumatism or allergic condition
Choose the appropriate remedy and treat for entire therapy.
Step 2 - Fungal remedies to reduce inflammation - Starting on Day 1.
Pleo-Alb - For chronic mycosis, any chronic fungal infection.
Pleo-Pef - Early fungal conditions, dental conditions
Pleo-Fort - GI conditions, all mucous membranes
Pleo-Ex - For ‘big picture’ fungal conditions (vaginal, prostate, chronic GI complaints)
Pleo-Not - For bacterial conditions
Pleo-Quent - For viral conditions
Pleo-Grif - Herpes and other conditions
Pleo-Rub - Upper respiratory tract, allergic conditions, chronic disease of URT
Choose 1 of the above and treat for 10 days.
Step 3 - Fungal remedies for basic form modulation - Starting on Day 11.
Pleo-Nig - All tubercular conditions (including chronic conditions of joints, mucous membranes,
connective tissues and skin)
- Support using Pleo-Citro
Pleo-Muc - All circulatory or congestive conditions (including blood and lymphatic system)
- Support using Pleo-Sanuvis
Pleo-San - Combination of circulatory or congestive and tubercular conditions
- Support using both Pleo-Citro or Pleo-Sanuvis
Choose Pleo-Muc, Pleo-Nig or Pleo-San and treat daily in a 5:2 sequence. Treat 5 days
with Step 3 remedy then treat 2 days with Step 2 remedy. Continue Step 1 remedy.
Step 4 - Stimulate or modulate the immune system - Starting on Day 45.

Pleo-Leptu - Circulatory conditions of extremities including Raynaud’s, migraines
Pleo-Rec - Chronic inflammation of mucous membranes, respiratory tract, sinuses, bladder
Pleo-Ut - General immune modulator for non-mucous membranes
Pleo-Ut S. - Strong immune modulator for respiratory tract, lungs...
Polysans - For elimination of inherited toxins/miasms
Sanukehls - For elimination of residual toxins
Choose Pleo-Ut or Pleo-Rec as the immune modulator, then choose Pleo-Lat or Pleo-Ut S.
to treat deeper chronic tissue. Choose Polysans and Sanukehls as appropriate.
