Software<br />

<strong>GAMMEX</strong> <strong>LASER</strong>S ® <strong>CT</strong> SIM SOFTWARE is designed to<br />

work with all major treatment planning systems for easy integration<br />

into your <strong>CT</strong> <strong>Sim</strong>ulation application. The intuitive user interface<br />

gives the operator complete control over all system functions.<br />

System coordinate information is displayed in large, easy-to-read<br />

text. Graphic display of the X, Y, and Z axis plane information<br />

makes laser movement quick and easy.<br />

With the Autorun feature, <strong>CT</strong> <strong>Sim</strong> can be run immediately, its<br />

data can be stored in a queue for later use, or it can be configured<br />

to run the first point of the set. In high volume hospitals, Autorun<br />

can monitor up to three network locations simultaneously for<br />

treatment planning data.<br />

<strong>GAMMEX</strong> <strong>LASER</strong>S ® <strong>CT</strong> SIM SOFTWARE — DICOM<br />

OPTION by Merge is available with <strong>CT</strong> <strong>Sim</strong> v6.0 and offers an RT<br />

Plan Storage Service Class Provider for accepting coordinate information<br />

THE <strong>GAMMEX</strong> A3000A AND A3100G <strong>ROBOTIC</strong><br />

<strong>LASER</strong> <strong>TRACKING</strong> SYSTEMS consist of two sidewall<br />

cross lasers with a movable horizontal line and one overhead cross<br />

laser with a movable sagittal line. These lasers provide movement<br />

in two dimensions with the <strong>CT</strong> couch movement providing the third<br />

dimension. All vital features of the <strong>CT</strong> <strong>Sim</strong> System can be controlled<br />

using either the workstation or the remote pendant. Lasers can<br />

accept exported coordinates from treatment planning systems,<br />

allowing easy and accurate movement to marking location.<br />

Diode lasers are available in green or red. Not only does the<br />

integrated ProbeG green laser enhance contrast on various skin<br />

tones, its unique design incorporates power stabilizing circuitry<br />

that extends diode life. Either diode you choose features<br />

precision optics and the reliability you have come to expect<br />

from <strong>Gammex</strong> Lasers ® .<br />

THE <strong>GAMMEX</strong> A4000A AND A4100G <strong>ROBOTIC</strong><br />

<strong>LASER</strong> <strong>TRACKING</strong> SYSTEMS consist of two fixed sidewall<br />

lasers and one overhead laser with a movable sagittal line. These<br />

lasers provide precise positioning in one dimension (X axis) and<br />

rely on the <strong>CT</strong> scanner couch for positioning in the second and<br />

third dimensions. All vital features of the <strong>CT</strong> <strong>Sim</strong> System can be<br />

controlled using either the workstation or the remote pendant.<br />

Lasers can accept export coordinates from treatment planning<br />

systems, allowing easy and accurate movement to marking location.<br />

Your choice of <strong>Gammex</strong> Probe+ red diode, or ProbeG green<br />

VERSATILE STANCHION SYSTEM minimizes room<br />

modification and down-time. The <strong>Gammex</strong> Laser Stanchion<br />

simplifies the installation of patient positioning lasers for radiation<br />

oncology, IMRT, <strong>CT</strong> simulation and related applications.<br />

The <strong>Gammex</strong> Stanchion System functions as an independent laser<br />

mounting system. The system can be installed without expensive<br />

room renovation and its height and length<br />

can be customized to meet specific needs.<br />

Since only one IEC power connection is<br />

required to operate multiple laser units,<br />

electrical modifications to an existing<br />

room are kept to a minimum. Individual<br />

towers are also available.<br />
