3,000-sf space can accommodate 60-100 seated and 125 standing.<br />

Any caterer with commercial and liability insurance is eligible to work on the premises. Bar<br />
should run through the caterer; bartenders must hold current ABC card. Catering kitchen. No<br />
A/V equipment provided.<br />

Parking in adjacent Parking Can Be Fun garage on Union next to the Cotton Exchange. Live<br />
entertainment allowed. Lessee must show proof of commercial and liability insurance.<br />

to the permit from <strong>Downtown</strong> <strong>Memphis</strong> Commission.
