Student Art Exhibitions
Spring 2013
The Museum is pleased to present its annual Mid-Shore
Student Art Exhibitions. These exhibitions highlight the
artistic talents of K-12 students from Talbot, Caroline,
Dorchester, and Queen Anne’s counties. As in past years,
visitors can expect a variety of media, including painting,
drawing, sculpture, photography, and printmaking. The
Mid-Shore Student Art Exhibitions have been a Museum
tradition for over 22 years and are the largest and most
prestigious student art exhibitions on the Eastern Shore.
Each class may submit up to three works. Although the
Museum’s goal is to show as many works as possible, we
cannot guarantee that every piece submitted will be
exhibited. Please look at the Museum’s website,

Note that the K-8 exhibition will precede
the High School exhibition.
The schedule is as follows:
Grades K-8
February 21 - March 10, 2013
Opening Reception: Thursday, February 21, 4:30-6:00 pm
Door prizes given out at 5:00pm
You must be present to win
Grades 9-12
March 14 - March 31, 2013
Opening Reception: Thursday, March 14, 5:30-7:00 pm
Awards presented at 6:00 pm.
Students are strongly encouraged to be present
