14 —Deadline for renting doctoral regalia for August 2006 Commencement.
14 —Last day for submission of the Record of Oral Examination form to Graduate
School for dissertation/thesis students.
14 —Last day for electronic submission of the departmentally defended and
approved copy of the dissertation/thesis to the Graduate School for August
2006 Commencement.
18 —Students withdrawing from Session II beginning this date will receive grades
of WP or WF, according to the report of the professor of record.
21 —Change-of-Grade form to remove incompletes and petitions for transfer of
credit for all students and all coursework must be received by the Graduate
School by this date.
21 —Last day to submit electronic dissertation/thesis and to complete fi nal
processing in the Graduate School.
25 —Courses dropped after this date for Session II will be recorded as failed.
26 —Students withdrawing from Session II beginning this date will receive grades
of WF.
28 —Incomplete courses must be completed by this date for credit for August
graduation.
August 9 —End of Session II; fi nal examinations, Session II.
9 —Last day for students in non-thesis programs to take the oral or comprehensive
examination for August 2006 Commencement. The Record of Oral
Examination form, or results from comprehensive exams, must be delivered
to the Graduate School by this date (do not put in campus mail).
10-11 —Administrative check on candidates for graduation.
11 —Doctoral Dinner, 7 p.m., Barfi eld Drawing Room, Bill Daniel Student
Center
12 —Residence halls close at noon for Summer Sessions. Graduating seniors may
petition for an extension to stay until Saturday, August 12 at 5 p.m..
12 —Commencement, Ferrell Center, 10 a.m. Commencement information is

FALL SEMESTER 2006, August 21–December 5
April 13 - August 25 —BearWeb will be open to all eligible students for registration and schedule
changes.
April 13 - August 18 —Registration and schedule changes can be made in the Offi ce of the Registrar,
third fl oor, Robinson Tower from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. (excluding weekends).
July 11 —Fall invoices available online at www.baylor.edu/cashiers.
Fall Financial Settlement begins. Pay and confi rm attendance online at
www.baylor.edu/cashiers.
31 —Fall invoice payment and confi rmation due date.
August 15 —Deadline for Fall Financial Settlement. Classes will be canceled for students
that have not paid and/or confi rmed attendance by 5 p.m. If allowed to reregister,
a $100 re-registration fee will be assessed if before class begins;
$150 if after class begins.
16 —Graduate School/GSA Orientation, Blume Conference Center, Cashion. All
day event, watch for details.
. 17 —Residence halls and apartments open for fall semester. Move in times to be
announced.
