10) MINIMUM TECHNICAL STAFF REQUIREMENT<br />
The contractor will have to submit the minimum staff deployment for the each building.<br />
The contractor shall submit pro<strong>of</strong> <strong>of</strong> payment <strong>of</strong> wages not less than the minimum wage<br />
fixed by the GoP every month to <strong>OGDCL</strong> along with the monthly invoice. The same shall<br />
be deducted if non compliance is found.<br />
Minimum requirement for each location is tabulated below. However, the contractor<br />
may quote the staff requirement after visiting the each location and assessing the<br />
existing fire fighting arrangements.<br />

The staff will work in shifts <strong>of</strong> 8 hours each. The contractor may propose his own<br />
arrangement for all the three locations. However, staff should be available round the<br />
clock fully prepared to combat emergency situation.<br />
