The Ballroom Lawn, bordered by our Desert Botanical
Garden, offers 20,000 square feet of lushly landscaped

own. Located adjacent to the new Saguaro Ballroom, the
15,000-square-foot Sunset Lawn offers yet another
option under the colorful desert sky. The Wildflower
Terrace features another 2,800 square feet of space to
celebrate. Tierra Madre is our expansive 19,250-squarefoot

the action with 11,000 square feet of tropical
surroundings and rushing water features. For smaller,
more intimate gatherings, the Isle of Capri takes
you across a bridge to 7,400 square feet of lush
green island. Our Isla Del Sol, at 4,800 square feet,
features cool pool surroundings and an impressive
fire pit that serves as a welcoming focal point.

33,218 square feet, the Grand Sonoran Ballroom at 25,992

The resort’s 5,356-square-foot Wildflower Ballroom is
ideal for special events. Three Pinnacle Peak Conference
Rooms (1,335 square feet each) and eight Desert
Conference Suites (1,038 square feet each) are excellent
options for breakout sessions. For exclusive VIP meetings,
the Chairman’s Executive Boardroom and President’s
Boardroom (729 square feet each) offer the perfect
thought-provoking settings. The resort offers three separate
built-in registration desks and a Foyer that is larger than
most ballrooms. Another 100,000 square feet of lushly

DIRECTIONS
From Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport take State
Route 51 (SR 51) north 17 miles to the Arizona Loop
101 exit, east-bound. Travel 1.5 miles to Tatum Blvd. Turn
left on Tatum Blvd and drive half a mile north to Deer
Valley Road. Turn right on Deer Valley Road to light at
Marriott Drive. Turn left at Marriott Drive, meander up
the drive to our resort and begin to enjoy our JW brand
of luxury.
