the RSPB who will tell you all about The Black Grouse whisky
links to saving the black grouse bird, now an endangered
species. Sign up for nature walks around the distillery and ‘moor
tours’ in conjunction with Timberbush Tours and experience the
birds that ‘come home’ for summer.

Whisky Bars of Edinburgh
Throughout May
The Whisky Bars of Edinburgh is a collaboration of ten of the
city’s leading Whisky bars, each is a traditional bar with a great
Scotch Whisky range and staff trained in Whisky appreciation.
To celebrate Whisky Month the Whisky Bars of Edinburgh will be
holding impromptu Whisky tastings and some specially arranged
sampling sessions throughout May.
