the Evergreen Lounge Monday to
Friday, 10:30 am to 12:30 pm! Support
your Club, buy some tickets and you
may get lucky enough and win!!!
Prizes will be drawn on March 27th at
the Spring Bazaar.
SPECIAL EVENTS
Evergreen Club Annual General Meeting
The Club’s ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING will be held on Wednesday,
February 13th, 2013, 1 pm in the Rotary Hall, Florence Filberg Centre.
The purpose of the meeting is to:
1. To receive the Financial Statement of the Evergreen Club for the year
ending December 31, 2012 and approve .
2. To elect Executive Positions for President, Vice-President, Directors (3)
and Secretary.
Reminder : ALL voters & nominees must be paid up 2013 members of the
Evergreen Club. Note: ALL CLUB ACTIVITIES are cancelled or have a delayed
start time following the Club’s AGM. Please check with your Club Committee
Representatives to ensure you know the status of your activity on that date.

To submit an entry:
1. Email your submission to the above address.
2. Entrant must be a member of the Evergreen Club
in good standing (not necessarily a camera club
member).
3. One photo per email please.
4. Provide details, who took the photo, the
when/where/ and give it a name.
5. File must be LANDSCAPE and no less than 1MB
6. Photos with recognizable people in them will be rejected unless
specifi cally requested and proper consent forms have been signed.
7. Keep the changing seasons... or local events in mind.
8. Think ahead, as in right now they would be looking for typically shots for
January, February and March photos.
