CMA and GoodLife Fitness make a great fit You know that staying fit is the key to reducing stress, feeling healthy, increasing your energy, and enjoying an excellent quality of life. The CMA knows that your well-being is important, so they partnered with GoodLife to give you and your family access to the benefits of exercise and healthy living! In Saskatchewan, GoodLife Fitness is located in Saskatoon at The Centre Mall (3510 8th St East). It's open 24 hours a day, four days per week. The CMA’s partnership with GoodLife is effective from November 1, 2010 - October 31, 2011. Membership fees are pro-rated accordingly. CMA members can take advantage of: • a one-year membership to GoodLife Fitness • access to over 275 GoodLife Fitness clubs across Canada • the best strength and cardio equipment • women-only facilities • professionally trained, friendly, and supportive staff who can assist you achieve your goals • access to saunas, pools, whirlpools, and aqua classes (where applicable) For an additional fee, you can also benefit from: • personal training, health, and nutrition programs • child-minding Enrol now. Call the CMA Member Service Centre at 1-888-855-2555. You need a valid CMA member ID to qualify.
The Physician Health and Well-being page on the SMA website is a valuable resource. It lists the programs and benefits that exist to help members get and stay healthy and find the support they may need in times of crisis. The page is on the public website, so no login is required.
