Our Account Customers, via a secure
login, can access a range of other
services online. Orders can be placed
using contract prices either on account
or via credit card. Invoices and credit
notes together with proof of delivery
can be viewed and downloaded
together with statistical information.
Once logged in, customers can save
order baskets for future or use a quick
ordering system. All Internet orders are
automatically processed with an email
acknowledgement by return. Once the
order is placed a delivery note number
for order tracking quickly follows.

Focus on 2010
We are pleased to announce that 2010
brings the launch of our new website,
providing our customers with an added
level of service. Please ask for assistance
with setting up your online account.
Our focus this year has been to ensure that
we can provide our customers with improved
products at no extra cost. We have achieved this
with our highly skilled workforce, by investing in machinery and technology,
enabling us to be more efficient in our manufacturing process. There are
many new lines in 2010 but none more exciting than the launch of the
PRO-WINDOW cleaning system. This consists of a full line in ergonomic
and innovative hand tools for the professional window cleaner.

Finally one of our biggest success stories of
the past two years has been the Automatic
Shoe Cover Dispenser. This has created a
storm and will continue to do so in 2010
with the 3rd Generation model due for
release shortly.

capabilities of manufacturing products to
our customer’s designs if required.
