Many of the items produced can be marked by hot branding, printing or<br />
labelling. There is a one-off charge for the production of special branding and<br />
printing plates, but hot branded names and numbers made up from available<br />
type blocks do not attract a set up charge.<br />
The maximum brand area is 90mm x 65mm, and the maximum print area is<br />
70mm x 70mm. Four colour printing is available.<br />
The minimum order quantities shown above refer to the number of a<br />
particular shaped product base to be marked. This number could be made up<br />
of different products manufactured with the same shaped base, but with a<br />
minimum quantity per product of 60.<br />

Most products are manufactured in large batches on a three month cycle,<br />
therefore customers requiring products to be marked during manufacture<br />
should ensure that orders are placed well in advance.<br />
Most wooden stocks are made with hardwoods from professionally managed<br />
estates, where timber is felled under Licence and replanted. Although most<br />
broom handles still derive from the rain forests, Salmon Products® has<br />
environmentally friendly Bamboo handles and metal handles suitable for<br />
threaded brushes. They are listed on page 14.<br />
Salmon Products® has an FSC chain of custody accreditation (TT/COC/1562)<br />
and is able to make FSC timber products and brushes to order.<br />
