Most food manufacturing and catering areas, where the security of monofilaments<br />
is of particular importance, require Resin-Set brushware. Salmon Hygiene Technology<br />
has developed a very effective improvement in brush filament retention, where<br />
each tuft is stapled into the brush back with food grade stainless steel staples in the normal way, and then<br />
epoxy resin is floated into a recess on the face of the brush. The resin permeates the bottom of the tuft hole,<br />
covering the filaments and staples as it goes. The resin seals the face of the brush and makes the chance of a<br />
filament pulling out extremely remote, and inhibits the accumulation of dirt or moisture in the tuft holes.<br />
Resin-set is standard on Ultimate Hygiene but optional on Professional Hygiene.<br />

All of the Professional Hygiene products on the next four pages have 5 STAR Safety. Most of the brushes within<br />
this section have the option to be Resin-Set and therefore upgraded to 5 STAR PLUS Safety. You will see a column<br />
explaining ‘Resin Option’ if the brush has this added level available. Most can be autoclaved at 134°C/273°F<br />
Just add ‘RES’ after the product code<br />
