Remove the complete front and use it as a comfortable sun
canopy!
The awning is free-standing. The three poles that make up the roof
make this possible. This means that the awning can be used for storing
camping furniture or cycles whilst you are not there.
Order the practical inner tent as well!
The fabric is breathable with complete gauze insert in the entrance door, which
can also be closed off from view, and also has a groundsheet made of a waterproof,
coated fabric (available as an optional extra for an extra charge)

Fjord III
The Fjord III model is ideal for the popular minivans produced by
Mercedes, VW, Ford, Peugeot and Citroën. The attachment to the
roof railing is carried out simply with Velcro straps! With its compact
dimensions, the “Fjord III” is at home on any campsite. The features and
handling are simply outstanding – a groundsheet can be quickly fitted
with the aid of the all-round zip fastener, and a inner tent can also be
fitted without any problem.
For camper vans with a rain gutter height of 180–220 cm
Equipment: internal welded seams, zip fastener provided for subsequent
fitting of a groundsheet; ground flaps.
Awning depth: approx. 240 cm Awning width: approx. 340 cm
Material: made of 75D polyester fabric 195 T, PU-coated and particularly
tear-resistant; 3,000mm hydrostatic head.
Front wall: detachable and separable, with large clear film window incl.
curtain in the left half.
Side walls: each with ventilation window (one half gauze, the other half
clear film), with fabric flap and zip fastener, fully closable.
Rear wall: opening to 2 widths, with adjustable windbreak, connecting
channel with hollow seam for the channel pole and preparation for channel
insert. The awning is attached to the channel rail of the vehicle with the aid
of a channel adapter.
Delivery contents: awning, framework incl. channel pole, curtains, guy
ropes, ground spikes, frame bag and carrying bag.
Frame: long-life frame (sheathed FRP) 12.7 mm, incl. three telescopic roof
tensioning poles and channel pole.
Both side walls have a ventilation
window with an external flap.
Guy ropes are secured to the three
pole channels to secure the awning.
The poles are secured with
high quality fixings.
You can add a groundsheet
retrospectively using the
surrounding zip fastener – quick
and simple.
The windbreak sewn on to the
rear wall can be rolled back if
required. Simply attach it to
the opposite side with hooks
and to the ground using ground
spikes.

How do I fix my awning to the vehicle?
You have the choice of selecting between these four fixing options:
1. Suction cups
Suction cups – to fix the channel pole
without rain gutter or channel railing:
simply clamp the channel pole in the
suction cup and fix it to a dry, clean
vehicle roof.
2. Magnetic adapter
The magnetic adapter now offers a
faster option for connecting an
awning to the vehicle. It connects to
metal roofs and is connected to the
awning with the channels and profiles.

3. Channel adapter set
For vehicles without a rain gutter,
we also offer a channel adapter set
as an option for fixing the awning
(for channel widths of 5 and 7mm).
4. Railing fixing
If your vehicle has a roof railing, you
can use the sewn-in Velcro closures.
