Bryan Donkin Valves Limited was
established in June 1997, following the
purchase by AVK Holding of the Valve
Division of Bryan Donkin Company
Limited. The original Company has
been producing gas valves for almost
two hundred years and is an
acknowledged world leader in this
field.
The highly diverse product range
covers valves from 12 mm to 1200
mm as standard and special valves up
to 2200 mm. Types of products
include resilient seated wedge gate,
parallel slide, non-return and ball
valves and special valves for handling
hot and dirty gases.

SMHM S.A.
SMHM (Société Métallurgique Haut Marnaise) joined tha AVK group in the
late 1998, in order to have production close to the french market, and to
strenghten the AVK product package in France, the Middle East and
northern Africa.
SMHM dates back to 1856 and was based on a foundry and production
of equipment to the water supply. Today the product range covers valves
for mainline and service connection, hydrants, couplings and flange
adaptors, air- and floatvalves and accessories.
SMHM is located near Champagne, and employ 42 people.
