Knorr Salad Dressing<br />
It was a bold move, in <strong>th</strong>e very competitive salad dressing market to go into a<br />
triangular bottle. The bottle was designed by Unilever and <strong>th</strong>e unor<strong>th</strong>odox<br />
shape was produced wi<strong>th</strong> <strong>th</strong>e expertise of Cinqpet. The chall<strong>en</strong>ge lay in <strong>th</strong>e<br />
ev<strong>en</strong> material distribution, as unev<strong>en</strong> distribution causes <strong>th</strong>e bottle to have weak<br />
spots. The final bottle is a balance betwe<strong>en</strong> clarity, weight and str<strong>en</strong>g<strong>th</strong>. A<br />
stunning pack <strong>th</strong>at has all <strong>th</strong>e advantages of PET over glass.<br />

Sold in 2 formats, bulk cartons to trade and strip pack for easy merchandising<br />
giving trade flexibility. Perforation allows for conv<strong>en</strong>i<strong>en</strong>t sale as pack is<br />

The brief for <strong>th</strong>e <strong>packag</strong>ing for SIVARIS was twofold: to raise products<br />
awar<strong>en</strong>ess and profile, and to do so wi<strong>th</strong> a considerable economy of means. To<br />
achieve <strong>th</strong>ese goals, we based <strong>th</strong>e graphic design exclusively on typography<br />
and color to distinguish <strong>th</strong>e differ<strong>en</strong>t varieties of rice. The packs are made wi<strong>th</strong><br />
tubes and lids already existing in <strong>th</strong>e marketplace, while <strong>th</strong>e graphics are laser<br />
printed on kraft paper labels which are <strong>th</strong><strong>en</strong> adhered to <strong>th</strong>e tube.<br />
