Room hire fee includes, entire <strong>events</strong> centre (including meeting rooms) for 5 hours, bar tender for duration of event,<br />
Event room set up, use of exclusive outdoor courtyard (until 10pm for evening <strong>events</strong>), white linen table cloths,<br />
& optional use of plasma screens for DVD photo presentations<br />
Events being held on a Saturday night have minimum numbers of 80pax for catering.<br />
Friday & Sunday have minimum numbers of 40pax for catering<br />
A Security guard is required for all 21st Birthday Parties. Additional cost of $150.00 applies.<br />
The Registered <strong>Club</strong> Act requires that any person holding a function within a registered club must be a member. If you are not a<br />

A DJ Supplied by DJ Solutions will play the music you want to hear! A play list to suit your needs will be<br />
organised prior to your event and a professional disc jockey will assist with your music needs throughout the night.<br />
Touch Screen Jukebox/Karaoke - $330.00<br />
The Karajuke console is the latest in touch screen karaoke and video jukebox technology. The Karajuke console<br />
combines the features of a jukebox and karaoke in the one unit. The system is very user friendly, and can be operated by<br />
guests of all ages. The machine includes an 18 inch touch screen, 2 corded microphones and lights. Karajuke has one of the<br />
largest databases of juke box and karaoke tracks in Sydney. The console has the capability of playing video clips which most<br />
machines don’t have & the music spans from the 1950’s till today<br />
iPOD Docking System - $210.00<br />
Play your music when you like. All you need is your own IPOD and plug and play.<br />

Why not make your party special and play a slideshow of photos throughout your event OR watch the big game on one of<br />
our 7 large plasma screens. Photos must be on a DVD format and tested by staff prior to event.<br />
NOTE: Due to the layout of the venue staff are unable to stop & start DVD presentations. Once the DVD is being played it must stay on for the duration of the event.<br />
