Burial Benefit
Specialist
Let me introduce
myself. I am Jodie
Skenandore, your
Burial Benefit
Specialist and I
work in the Oneida
Enrollment
Department.
My job is to encourage
and empower everyone
to do things they have
control over before
their death.”
My job isn’t just to work with our
entire membership and their families
or caretakers when a death
occurs, more importantly my job is
Mark the Box!!!
Our goal is to get every
adult Tribal Member to
complete a Beneficiary
Designation Form.
If you havenʼt already submitted
a form at this time
and are unsure of who to
designate as your beneficiary,
we suggest you clip
out $ and complete the
form (at right), marking the
Enrollment Department
box q as Primary
Beneficiary. This will
ensure that your funeral
home invoice up to
$15,000 will be paid.
When you have determined
who to designate as
your beneficiary(ies) you
should submit a new form.
Next issue will include
OLIPP
Real-life Scenarios.
to encourage and
empower everyone
to do things they
have control over
before their death.
