of the governing bodies and filed as required by the Open Public Meetings Law.<br />

Mike Schutte-Resident of Mickleton addressed the Board of Education concerning his<br />
daughter being assigned more than one seat on the bus. Mr. Kehoe explained the<br />
provision of the Board Policy and the administrative reasons why his request wasn’t<br />
possible.<br />

Motion by Lewis, second by Blackburn, that the Board of Education authorize a meeting<br />
closed to the public at 8:20 p.m., for the purpose of Personnel for approximately one<br />
hour.<br />

Accepted the resignation of Mrs. Barbara Cooper, as a High <strong>School</strong> Food Service<br />
Worker, effective <strong>September</strong> 7, <strong>2010</strong>. (Mrs. Cooper is continuing her career in nursing)<br />
TERMINATION OF BUS DRIVER<br />
Terminated Lorraine Litle, as a bus driver, effective <strong>September</strong> 7, <strong>2010</strong> for<br />
abandonment of position.<br />
FAMILY LEAVE FOR HIGH SCHOOL PHYSICAL AND HEALTH EDUCATION<br />
TEACHER<br />
Approved a Family Leave for Mr. Brent Dodulik, High <strong>School</strong> Physical and Health<br />
Education teacher, effective approximately October 12, <strong>2010</strong> for three (3) weeks.<br />
He will be utilizing his personal illness days.<br />

MIDDLE SCHOOL SCHEDULE “B” PROGRAMS<br />
Approved the folowing Middle <strong>School</strong> Schedule “B” programs:<br />
��After <strong>School</strong> Academic Tutoring Program (495 hours)<br />
��After <strong>School</strong> Wellness Activities (flag football, field hockey, basketball,<br />
volleyball, track and field)<br />
Funding for these programs will come from a combination of budgeted funds,<br />
student activity funds and grant money received from Exxon Mobil.<br />
UNPAID VOLUNTEERS FOR <strong>2010</strong>-2011<br />
Approved the following unpaid volunteers for <strong>2010</strong>-2011:<br />

STIPENDS FOR EXTRA DUTY<br />
Approved the stipends for the following teachers:<br />

These stipends are per the contract for an extra duty.<br />

SUBSTITUTE TEACHERS FOR THE <strong>2010</strong>-2011 SCHOOL YEAR<br />
Approved Christine Cassaday, Natalie Blasco, Louis Omiatek, Jason D. Behringer,<br />
William Wilson, Tracy L. Fagan and Jillian DiAmicis, as substitute teachers for the <strong>2010</strong>-<br />
2011 school year, effective <strong>September</strong> 16, <strong>2010</strong> through June 30, 2011, at the rate of<br />
$70.00 per day, $85.00 per day after 20 days, which do not have to be consecutive.<br />

Approved the appointment of Robert Dacierno as a High <strong>School</strong> Special Education<br />
teacher, effective TBD to June 30, 2011, at step/level MA/1 and salary of $46,838.00.<br />
CHANGE IN START DATE FOR HIGH SCHOOL SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHER<br />
Approved the change in start date for Manga Nalla as a High <strong>School</strong> Special Education<br />
teacher, from <strong>September</strong> 1, <strong>2010</strong> to November 15, <strong>2010</strong> through June 30, 2011, at<br />
step/level MA/7 and pro-rated salary of $55,035.00.<br />
CHANGE IN START DATE FOR HIGH SCHOOL MATERNITY LEAVE<br />
MATHEMATICS TEACHER<br />
Approved the change in start date for Ryan O’Neil as a substitute High <strong>School</strong><br />
