Starting with Pancakes on the Platform at<br />

Sydney Central Station a weekend of food awaits!<br />

Producers on board will explain the various<br />

nuances of how your food gets from paddock<br />

to plate. On arrival in <strong>Orange</strong> you’ll be whisked<br />

away to savour the food of <strong>Orange</strong> district over<br />

the whole weekend including the FORAGE event<br />

on Saturday and the F.O.O.D Affair on Sunday.<br />

Walk through our vineyards eating and wine<br />

tasting every 500m or so! A gentle 3.5km walk<br />

from Borenore to nashdale. Department of<br />

Primary Industries personnel and growers will<br />

be with you all the way to chat and answer your<br />

questions about how and why our food and wine<br />

is soooo good!! the F.O.O.D <strong>Week</strong> committee<br />

the 21st <strong>Orange</strong> F.O.O.D Affair – a day for families and<br />

friends. Space to sit on a rug and enjoy the beauty<br />

of an <strong>Orange</strong> Autumn day with plenty to do for the<br />

children!! the 2011 Australian MasterChef winner<br />

Kate Bracks – our own celebrity chef will host the<br />

Producers’ Pantry – and will demonstrate and cook<br />

with our wonderful produce. the F.O.O.D Affair is the<br />

finale to F.O.O.D <strong>Week</strong> – and is one of the longest<br />

running, premier food and wine events in nSW.<br />
