SIGMUND FREUD CHRONOLOGY
The First Congress of "Freudian Psychology" takes place in
Salzburg.
The Wednesday Psychological Society disbands itself and is newly
established under the name of the Vienna Psychoanalytic Society.
Because of growing membership meetings are transferred to the
Cafe Korb and later to the medical doctors' college.

The Budapest doctor Sándor Ferenczi visits Freud and meetings of
the Vienna Psychoanalytic Society. A lifelong intellectual
friendship between the two men develops out of the meeting.
