Badges
A personalized badge is part of the conference registration package. Participants are kindly
requested to wear the name badge during the entire conference, including the social
events and the post‐conference technical tours.
The conference organizers as well as the conference personnel will wear badges with a
distinctive mark. Should you have any questions during the conference, please, look for
these persons. They will be happy to assist you.
Certificate of Attendance
A personalized Certificate of Attendance will be provided to registered participants
together with their conference registration package.
Coffee Break / Lunch
During the conference, morning and afternoon coffee breaks will be served in Foyer G/H.
The costs of the coffee breaks are included in the registration fee.
Lunch can be bought on own costs at the buffet in the venue (“Café Ritazza” on ground
level – yellow level) or outside at several restaurants:

Internet Access
Wireless Internet access will be provided for participants using laptops in the conference
area. During the conference we will provide all attendees with a password to access
wireless LAN at the venue (in Foyer G/H and Room G/H).
Message Board
A message board is located at the <strong>Conference</strong> Desk.
Pictures of the <strong>Conference</strong>
A designated person will take pictures at random during all activities. After the
conference, these pictures will be made available to download from the conference web
site free‐of‐charge.
Wardrobe
A self‐service wardrobe is available in Foyer D (the <strong>Conference</strong> Organizer does not assume
any liability for items stored in the wardrobe).
Suggested Attire for <strong>Conference</strong> Events
Casual business attire is suitable for all technical sessions. The Welcome Reception will be
in the Vienna City Hall. Therefore, smart casual, business or informal is recommended. The
<strong>Conference</strong> Dinner will be in a typical Viennese Wine Tavern where business casual or
smart casual is appropriate.
For the Accompanying Persons Programme and the Post‐<strong>Conference</strong> Technical Tours the
participants are recommended to wear comfortable walking shoes and warm clothes as a
fair amount of walking outdoors is required.
In April, the weather in Austria is unpredictable, so be prepared for warm, cold or even
rainy spells.
