As a convenience to parents, <strong>Sweet</strong> <strong>Briar</strong> <strong>College</strong> has made arrangements with<br />
Tuition Management Services and TuitionPay-SallieMae to facilitate payment<br />
terms for full-year and semester students.<br />
Some colleges and universities will collect fees for the <strong>Junior</strong> <strong>Year</strong> <strong>in</strong> <strong>France</strong> and<br />
forward them to us. Their schedule of payments may be slightly different from the<br />
above. They may add various fees.<br />
refundS<br />
Refunds are made only when withdrawal is requested by the <strong>Junior</strong> <strong>Year</strong> <strong>in</strong><br />
<strong>France</strong> or the student’s college for academic or medical reasons. Only under such<br />
circumstances does the follow<strong>in</strong>g schedule take place:<br />
Full-year students:<br />
• Before June 1: $250<br />
• Between July 1 and Aug. 1: half of July payment<br />
• After Aug. 1: no refund<br />
Semester students:<br />
• Before June 1 or Nov. 1: $250<br />
• Before Aug. 1 or Dec. 1: half of July or December payment<br />
• Withdrawal after Aug. 1 or Dec. 1: no refund<br />
