Every year the Tisa Titans travel to Dubai to participate in the 7’s stadium in Dubai for a tournament
with rugby teams from all over our region. Our teams practice each weekend from August
until Tournament time. About two weeks before the trip they all meet in the school lunch hall,
discuss the trip and get their kit for Dubai (and eat pizza) .There are all different age groups like
(Under) U11’s or U9’s .They go to Dubai for days and stay in the Premier Inn hotel.
The first day they play a friendly match of rugby then have a swim and a barbeque at a place
with a pool and restaurant. The next day we go to the seven’s stadium on a bus and play a few
games of rugby and we do the same the next day .The next day we play some rugby and have an
awards ceremony. At night we all go to another hotel and have an award ceremony just for the
Tisa Titans where they award things like most improved or most valuable player. After that we fly
back to Baku and practice until next year. Every week we practice twice on Tuesday and
Saturday. All of the Tisa Titans players work very hard to win the tournament.
