immobilize fractures, treat burns, cuts, bruises, electrical<br />

injuries, heat stroke, hypothermia, seizures & more.<br />

Introduction to Aikido<br />

Welcome to the Japanese martial art <strong>of</strong> Aikido. Basic attacks/defenses,<br />

pins and throws are covered. We also feature<br />

physical fitness using kettlebells, bodyweight, & resistance<br />

Dog Obedience Class<br />

This six week class teaches dog<br />

owners how to train and develop<br />

a stable companion by using<br />

distractions and socialization<br />

to improve your dog’s obedience<br />

performance. Materials needed:<br />

choker, 6 ft. & 20 ft. leash. Dogs<br />

must be a minimum <strong>of</strong> four<br />

months old and vaccinated.<br />

All dogs must have pro<strong>of</strong> <strong>of</strong><br />

current rabies vaccination.<br />
