Kindly let us have your quotations showing the price ,taxes, packing and
forwarding charges, terms of delivery, terms of payment etc., separately for supply of the
branded Glasswares /Plasticwares (Borosil & Axygen ) (as detailed in the Annexure) to
this Institute.
Validity of the offer and the time required for effecting the supply after
placing the order should also be mentioned in the quotation.
Quotation in sealed envelope superscribing “Quotation No.24-PW-
03/2012-13/Res & 24-GW-04/2012-13/Res dtd: 30-10-2012 for supply of Glasswares
/ Plasticwares” should reach the undersigned on or before 14-11-2012, 4pm,which will
be opened on the next working day at 10am.
In case your quotation is accepted, the material has to be supplied within
the stipulated time failing which the order will be treated as cancelled without any further
intimation. You are requested to quote the reference number and date of this letter and
your PAN/TIN number in all your correspondence.

Terms and Conditions
1. As the Rubber Research Institute of India is a public funded Institution
registered with the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research
(DSIR) the Government of India, Ministry of Science & Technology
vide Registration No. TU/V/RG-CDE(86)/2009 dated 17.09.2009
exempted it from payment of Central Excise Duty in terms of Govt.
Notification No.10/97 – Central Excise dated 01.03.1997
2. No “C / D’ forms will be issued. Sales tax will be paid as applicable.
3. Articles which are liable to be damaged in transit, have to be insured by the
supplier
4. Items not up to the specification or defective, are liable to rejection and
removal at the suppliers expense.
5. Piecemeal supply will not be entertained.
6. Payment Conditions:
100 % payment after satisfactory delivery/installation of the materials at
this office.
