the Women’s Forum for Health annual
luncheon, featuring Dr. Louann Brizendine,

More than 100 people attend a free
health fair and open house at Community
Hospital’s Ryan Ranch campus, where
they receive screenings, health information,
and tours.
Heart Healthy Communities program
Community Hospital’s Tyler Heart Institute establishes
the Heart Healthy Communities program, which
makes automated external defibrillators (AEDs) and
heart-health education readily available to businesses,
government, and organizations. Participants become
affiliates of Tyler Heart Institute, which provides
informational programs and an AED on-site, promoting
safety and prevention. The first affiliates are:

member to join Peninsula Wellness Center,
opening in Marina.
