Experimental Design (EXD) Lisbon is a month-long biennale event<br />
dedicated to the promotion of innovative design, architecture and creativity.<br />
Hosting exhibitions, lectures, talks and urban interventions, EXD showcases<br />
the most cutting edge design and innovation in design culture. The theme<br />
for 2011 is ‘Useless’ and the event will feature high-profile exhibitors, such<br />
as Joseph Grima, Jonathan Olivares and Hans Ulrich Obrist. Some 150,000<br />
visitors attended in 2009, and EXD is more than capable of catering for the<br />
elite visitor, organizing guided tours and special circuits throughout opening<br />
week and providing access to the most exclusive press previews, openings,<br />
