What are the Top Five Challenges facing your Clubs that you plan to overcome in the
next 12 months?
1. Membership – grow / maintain (retain) / transition (junior > senior) / grow Adult
membership (esp. F.) / grow 18-50yr age group.
2. Communication – Listen (> = both ways: TCR Clubs). Also achieve high
quality database.
3. Volunteers – recruitment / retention of, inc. Committees (esp. Junior administrators).
4. Funding – be well resourced / achieve funding sustainability / grow expertise to
access funding (inc. larger amounts).
5. Facilities – maintain / improve i.e. lights. Also overcome operational challenges
attached to facilities.
Also noted:
� Coaching – improve quality; retention of coaches
� Improve club capability (Club Mark)
