patient confidentiality? Join this forum <strong>to</strong> explore<br />
these <strong>to</strong>pics and others! Members who have an interest<br />
in the behavioral health setting are encouraged <strong>to</strong><br />
take advantage of this interactive session . An expert<br />
panel will discuss the impact of these regulations and<br />
the behavioral health setting’s hottest trends in <strong>to</strong>day’s<br />

LTC/Rehab Forum<br />
Analyzing ICD-10 and Documentation<br />
Requirements in LTC<br />

Location: Level 2, E253A<br />
The LTC and Rehab sec<strong>to</strong>rs will rely on trained HIM<br />
professionals <strong>to</strong> lead implementation and process<br />
improvement efforts for ICD-10-CM . In addition <strong>to</strong><br />
providing implementation planning, this session<br />
moves beyond an overview, evaluates how common<br />
conditions are coded in ICD-10-CM, and discusses<br />
the related impact on documentation . Roles and<br />
processes unique <strong>to</strong> LTC and rehab will be discussed, in<br />
addition <strong>to</strong> early plans for training the sec<strong>to</strong>r and how<br />
interested members can participate in this nationwide<br />
effort . Other discussion <strong>to</strong>pics include reducing hospital<br />
readmissions, the impact of EHR in LTC, and managing<br />
RAC audits .
