If you should fi nd a defect, we ensure you that we will repair or replace the article within the legal warranty period. In order to
ensure that we can deal with your complaint in the best possible manner, we ask you to take note of the following:
1. Request a RMA number with the online form or per e-mail (rma@intenso.de) or by fax: +49 4441 / 9991-789 using the
RMA form (pdf).
2. We will send you a receipt for your return (per e-mail or fax) with the RMA number.
IMPORTANT: This receipt must be attached to the surface of the package!
3. All returns must be sent free to door. Our complaints department cannot accept any packages
with carriage forwarded or without a return receipt.
4. A copy of the receipt of purchase (customer’s receipt) must be included with all returns!
5. The RMA number is valid for 14 days.
6. The return receipt with the respective RMA number sent to you authorizes you to return the product.
We do not warrant any claims by accepting the delivery of returned products. Claims may only be made
after the complaint has been verifi ed.
7. Complaints will be processed within 4 weeks.
