A: Yes, there’s an application included to backup the licenses<br />
• Q: Can the <strong>One</strong>-<strong>Key</strong> be replaced if broken?<br />
A: Yes, the key can be replaced if broken, for that a backup of the license<br />
is mandatory.<br />
• Q: What is I loose my <strong>One</strong>-<strong>Key</strong>?<br />
A: It is important to keep your key in safe place, but if you loose it you<br />
can get a new one for a certain fee. For that you must provide your<br />
backup file of the key and proof of purchase. Without these two proofs we<br />
cannot do anything. We will take each case individually.<br />

A:Yes, a license request can be made using the menu System/About and<br />
