The Federation of Manufactured Home Owners (FMO) is a
non-profit membership organization whose purpose is to
protect manufactured home owners. The FMO is the only
consumer advocacy association fighting to protect our rights. No
other organization does what it does.
The FMO lobbyist in Tallahassee watches for legislation that affects our lifestyle.
The FMO gets its political strength from the number of members it has. It needs our support
to continue to protect us and the lifestyle we’ve chosen.
Every vigilant, FMO’s Board of Directors, lobbyist, and legal counsel keep watchful
eyes on Tallahassee and on the industry, sentries that ensure that we remain safe at home.
The FMO News, a magazine that provides important information about manufactured
home living, is mailed directly to members six times a year. This publication is devoted to
the manufactured home owner’s lifestyle and contains current information on legislative
issues, legal cases, and consumer concerns.
The dues are a mere twenty dollars per year – less than forty cents per week. Call
me (Wayne Fletcher – 559-1306) and I’ll be glad to answer any concerns you may have
and walk you through the procedure of becoming a member.

We need some high quality pictures for the covers
of our Monthly Media Newsletters. Send to
Monthly Media at 151 1st Street N.W.,
Largo, FL 33770. Residents photos that are of interest
to readers from all communities. We’re looking for
something funny, interesting, exciting, surprising, etc.
All photos must include the following four things ... (1)
your park name, (2) your phone number, (3) names of
person/s in photo and, (4) signed, written permission
of all people in picture to print. Photos will not be
returned to sender. Original photos only. Square shaped
pictures work best, no xerox copies, laser or ink jet printer copies will be published. Deadline: 1st of
month preceding the issue the photo is to appear. If we use your photo you will receive a dinner
for two gift card at a local restaurant.
