DETACH ME How to use the Touring Menu: 1 2 3 4 5 Step one: Browse Have a browse through the shows listed in the Touring Menu. Step two: Talk If you are voting on behalf of a group we recommend you involve your community in the voting process. Send an email out and encourage them to look online, take the Touring Menu to your next committee meeting or start your own voting system in your workplace. Step three: Jump online Visit www.cyberpaddock.com.au See the next page for more information on how go get started. Step four: Vote You can vote for as many shows as you like (although it defeats the purpose if you just vote for all of them). Vote online or use the Voting Form overleaf. Make sure you get your votes in by Friday 31 August 2012. Step five: Membership Renew your existing membership or become a member of Country Arts WA. As a member of Country Arts WA you will receive a range of benefi ts, including a $100 discount on Shows on the Go Presenter Fees. Why should I register for Cyberpaddock? Cyberpaddock allows you to cast your vote online, view detailed information about the productions you may be interested in, host technical and contact information for your organisation and venue/s, track voting on productions and become better connected to the professional performing arts community. Already have a Cyberpaddock account, but you’ve forgotten your login details? Head to www.cyberpaddock.com.au and follow these directions to retrieve your account details. 1. Click Sign In 2. Click Forgotten your password? 3. Enter your account email or login for a password reminder via email. Check your junk folder if you haven’t received the email within ten minutes. New to Cyberpaddock? Head to www.cyberpaddock.com.au and follow these directions to create your account. Step 1: Create your account 1. Click on Create Account 2. Choose your role as either Presenter (Professional) or Community Presenter. Descriptions for both categories are displayed on page. 3. Fill out all fi elds on the Account Settings page. None of this information is made public – you will build your public profi le in Step 6-9. Once we receive your application we will check it through and make sure the basic information is in order and that you have applied in the relevant category. Your account will then be activated and you will receive an email confi rming this. This should take less than two days. Step 2: Create your Presenter Profi le 1. Once your account is active, you can login and begin to build your profi les via the My Paddock area. 2. Click My Presenter Profi les. 3. Click Create New Profi le. 4. Fill in all relevant information in the Key Information tab and click Create new presenter profi le at the bottom of the page once completed. 5. Using the Images tab, upload key images and logos for your organisation. Save changes to this production once done. 6. You have now created your Presenter Profi le, and can view the page as a public profi le via the navigation on the right of screen. Once you’re happy with your information change your status to publish in the Key Information tab, and hit Save changes to this production. Step 3: Create your Venue Listing (optional) 1. In My Paddock click My Venue Listings. 2. Click Create New Profi le. 3. Fill in all relevant information in the Key Information and Technical tabs and click Create new presenter profi le at the bottom of the page once completed. 4. Using the Images tab, upload key venue photos, maps and technical drawings. Save changes to this venue once done. 5. You have now created your Venue Listing, and can view the page as a Public profi le via the navigation on the right of screen. Step 4: Vote! 1. Click Rounds via My Paddock. 2. Click Shows on the Go 2013 and then View productions in round. 3. Browse through the available productions and cast your votes via the Submit Vote button. You can review which productions you’ve voted for via the View my votes in round tab.
