The top three high priorities for programmes managed in Switzerland are:
1. Cost control (79%)
2. Workforce resource planning (79%)
3. Tax compliance (50%)
Commentary
An equal percentage of respondents in Switzerland identified cost control and workforce
resource planning as a high priority. However, cost control ranked slightly above workforce
resource planning in importance when the percentage that had marked them as a low priority
was taken into consideration.

Although half of companies questioned in Switzerland identified tax reporting compliance as
being a high priority, it was 19 percentage points less than the lead region (Iberia).
Swiss managed programmes prioritised improving the quality of the management information
as the highest of all the regions, with 46% listing it as a high priority for their relocation
programme compared to the standard set by the total sample population of 30%.
