Commentary<br />
An equal percentage of respondents in Switzerland identified cost control and workforce<br />
resource planning as a high priority. However, cost control ranked slightly above workforce<br />
resource planning in importance when the percentage that had marked them as a low priority<br />
was taken into consideration.<br />

Although half of companies questioned in Switzerland identified tax reporting compliance as<br />
being a high priority, it was 19 percentage points less than the lead region (Iberia).<br />
Swiss managed programmes prioritised improving the quality of the management information<br />
as the highest of all the regions, with 46% listing it as a high priority for their relocation<br />
programme compared to the standard set by the total sample population of 30%.<br />
