Speakers’ Instruction<br />

Each meeting room is equipped with a projector and a laptop. Speakers are<br />

requested to upload their presentations to the room’s laptop in due time<br />

before their session start. Own laptop may also be used. Laptops are equipped<br />

with Microsoft Windows 7, Office 2007 (Powerpoint, Word, Excel), Adobe<br />

Reader, Windows Media Player and VLC Video Player. Technical assistance is<br />

provided in the meeting rooms.<br />

In the Computer Room you will find a separated Speakers’ Ready Corner where<br />

speakers can prepare for their presentation.<br />

Badges and Tickets<br />

Colours of name badges indicate the program options, chosen.<br />

Delegate for Part I and II Dark Blue<br />

Delegate for Part I only Light Blue<br />

Delegate for Part II only Purple<br />

Accompanying Person for Part I and II Yellow<br />

Accompanying Person for Part I only Light Green<br />

Organizers Red<br />

Only persons wearing the “<strong>CIRP</strong> <strong>2012</strong>” badges are entitled to attend the<br />

meetings, lunches, social events or Accompanying Persons’ programs. Badges<br />

serve as tickets for the social and Accompanying Persons’ programs. Paper<br />

tickets will be issued only in case of extra purchase.<br />

Insurance<br />

The Organizers of the <strong>General</strong> <strong>Assembly</strong> do not provide insurance and do not<br />

take responsibility for any loss, accident or illness that might occur during<br />

the Conference and the Accompanying Persons’ programs or in the course of<br />

travel to and/or from the meeting site. It is, therefore, the responsibility of the<br />

participants to check their coverage with their insurance provider.<br />
