accept Braun Intertec’s proposal for geo-<br />

technical review and evaluation for<br />

$42,386 contingent upon the State Water<br />

Commission’s 60% match. Motion car-<br />

Preliminary budget presented for re-<br />

view with request to open special funds<br />

for Social Security, City Specials and<br />

Emergency Management. A public hear-<br />

Delivery and field placement of the<br />

equipment shall <strong>be</strong> no earlier than July 1,<br />

2012, and no later than Septem<strong>be</strong>r 15,<br />

2012. The required field work and testing<br />

shall <strong>be</strong> completed by Septem<strong>be</strong>r 23,<br />

MPS reserves the right to defer acceptance<br />

of any proposal for a period not to<br />

exceed thirty (30) days after the date proposals<br />

are received and no proposal may<br />

<strong>be</strong> withdrawn during this period. MPS<br />

also reserves the right to reject any or all<br />

bids and enter into such contract as it<br />
