“The characters are well crafted; both flawed and charming,
and I anticipate it to be the next teen craze.” – The Guardian
Based on the popular teen novel by Suzanne Collins, this film has
everything from science fiction, action and drama. Our protagonist
is sixteen-year-old Katniss Everdeen, who lives in a post-apocalyptic
world in the country of Panem, where the countries of North America
once existed. Once a year, a raffle is held to choose one boy and one
girl, aged 12–18, from each of the twelve districts to participate in the
Hunger Games, a competition in
which each contestant, or tribute,
COFFee ShOP & WINe BAR...
Our licensed up-market Coffee Shop and static gallery is the perfect
place to meet friends, quietly read the paper, write or surf the net with
our free wi-fi. Serving great coffee, teas and herbal teas, hot chocolate
(even better with a shot of Bailey’s in) and our famed milkshakes
alongside soft drinks, bottled beers and wines. We always have a
selection of local homemade cakes and muffins as well as fresh paninis.
At dusk the Coffee Shop
transforms into a stunning wine
bar – a great destination to unwind
after work or to catch up with
friends as well as meet for pre-film
drinks. Live music sessions pop up
some evenings, welcoming artists
to sing and play, adding to the
vibe and atmosphere that makes
The Coffee Shop one of the most
relaxed places in town to frequent.
