Description: HEMPEL'S UNDERCOAT KSS 426 KW is a fairly quick drying intermediate
coat based on alkyd resin. It has excellent hiding power.

General remarks: The coverage is largely dependent on porosity of the substrate the extent of
thinning and the method of application. Drying data is given on the assumption
that proper ventilation and relative humidity below 65% is provided.
Kuwait Standard HEMPEL'S UNDERCOAT KSS 426 KW complies with standards
Specification: of KSS 15-1994. The paint is tested by the Government's Research Station
and Institutes and is recommended for use in Kuwait.
Safety: As a general rule, inhalation of paint mist and contact of liquid paint with skin
and eyes should be avoided. Forced ventilation should be provided when
working in confined spaces or stagnant air.
Even when ventilation is provided, respiratory, skin and eye protection are
always recommended when spraying paint.
