Course highlights<br />

During the IAS Phase-II the emphasis is on interactive learning & sharing of<br />

experiences. Officer Trainees presented District Assignments and other<br />

reports during the Course.<br />

In the overall feedback, more than 90% of the Officers felt that the<br />

objectives were met during the Course. The participative nature of the<br />

Course was much appreciated by the participants. The Case Study method<br />

was used extensively during the Course. It was the most effective and<br />

popular teaching methodology with 92% of OTs finding it to be quite useful.<br />

Apart from the syllabus covered by internal faculty, some of the eminent<br />

persons invited to interact with the Officer Trainees were Hon'ble Chief<br />

Minister of Uttaranchal Shri N.D. Tiwari; Shri Suresh Pachauri, Hon'ble<br />
