We are pleased to announce the continuing expansion of Kompass Corporate Finance through the
appointment of Heinz Luchterhand as Managing Director and Partner.
Heinz Luchterhand has been at Kompass since 2008 and brings with him more than 25 years of
international Corporate Finance experience. Following business studies in Vienna he obtained a
Masters Degree from the EAP before first joining Chase Manhattan Bank and subsequently
investment bank Morgan Grenfell in London in charge of Corporate Finance for Germany. He then
became Managing Director first of a private hotel group and then for Doertenbach & Co. This was
followed by his appointment to the Management Board of CH Reynolds Corporate Finance AG in
Frankfurt. In the course of his career he has advised middle market firms as well as publicly traded,
multi-national and private groups in mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, sales, privatizations and
IPOs.
In addition to expansion of our international activities Heinz Luchterhand is also responsible for the
Kompass Solar-Team and is therefore pivotal in ensuring the continuing growth of our firm.
