It's made by 11-
16 year olds for 11-16
year olds. It lists all different
books by genre , so if
it's "sport" you're into then
you can look up all the fiction
books about "sport". If
it's "animals" then you can
look up fiction books about
"animals" and so on.
What's great about the site
though is that you can
read reviews of these
books written by 11-16
year olds. This all helps
you make a good choice.

in the Young Writers narrative
and poetry competitions,
the English Department
have decided to create
a ‘Highcliffe Anthology’.
We need YOU! Or, more
specifically, any poems or
stories that you are particularly
proud of and wish
to be considered for publication.
The anthology aims to reflect
some of the outstanding
talent we have in
the school - from Year 7
through to Year 13.

Work submitted must be
your own work, and no
longer than 30 lines for poems
and 500 words for
stories.
