Edition 2009<br />
Features CORIPOL ® <strong>GF</strong> is a brownish oil based on a combination of selected<br />
natural and synthetic fatty substances.<br />
Charge:<br />
Anionic.<br />
Light fastness & heat resistance:<br />
Very good.<br />
Handling:<br />
Wear gloves and goggles during handling & close containers tightly after<br />
use. ALWAYS STIR BEFORE USE.<br />
Storage stability:<br />
Can be stored <strong>for</strong> about 1 year (from date of production) if kept between<br />
10°C and 35°C. In any case, protect from frost and heat above 40°C.<br />
Note: the product may change colour (permanently lighter) from ‘brown’ to<br />
‘light brown’ when exposed to extremes of heat or cold. This change in<br />
colour does not have any impact on the products quality or its<br />
per<strong>for</strong>mance in application.<br />
If product becomes frozen, warm to approx. 20 °C and stir be<strong>for</strong>e use.<br />
Stability to electrolytes, hard water and in chrome tanning floats:<br />
Very good.<br />
Method of diluting:<br />
CORIPOL ® <strong>GF</strong> is a pourable easy to handle liquid which should be diluted<br />
with water at 60°C in a ratio of approx. 1 : 4 or, it can be added to the<br />
drum without dilution.<br />
Benefits CORIPOL ® <strong>GF</strong> has been developed as a universal fatliquor giving a<br />
pleasant touch and very good dyeability to all kinds of <strong>nappa</strong>, suede and<br />
split leather <strong>articles</strong>.<br />
CORIPOL ® <strong>GF</strong> imparts high inner <strong>soft</strong>ness and very importantly, it has no<br />
negative effect on the odour of the final article.<br />
CORIPOL ® <strong>GF</strong> is the ideal main fatliquor <strong>for</strong> splits and especially <strong>for</strong> high<br />
quality garment and furniture <strong>nappa</strong> made from hides or small skins.<br />
For shoe upper leathers CORIPOL ® <strong>GF</strong> is the ideal companion fatliquor.<br />
CORIPOL ® <strong>GF</strong> is very stable to hard water and also has very good<br />
stability to chrome, vegetable tanning <strong>agent</strong>s and the various salts<br />
normally used in the tannery.<br />
CORIPOL ® <strong>GF</strong> is compatible with other CORIPOL ® brands such as<br />
CORIPOL ® MK, CORIPOL ® DX-1202, CORIPOL ® SLG or CORIPOL ®<br />
UFB/W.<br />
