there is so much envy on the part of many of our colleagues
that use other tools.
Reimar Banis, who did collaborative work with and locum
tenens clinical practice with Dr. Schimmel (the developer of
the Vegatest) was recognized as one of the world's best Vega
testers. Yet, he discontinued using that tool completely once
he discovered the options, reliability and consistency of the Reba.
I have several colleagues who upon seeing the scope of
applications I was getting with my REBA switched from
"Prognos" to Reba, others came from "Skasys" to Reba, etc.
Q: A practitioner who has been testing with the Rubimed
Basic Test kit using Meridian Stress Assessment System (MSAS)
(e.g. Biomeridian) wants to know: On what point (acupuncture
or meridian) should the testing be performed?
A: Not on any acupuncture point, as every point has energy
at certain times, and less energy at other times. Please
only check with the Reba, and use the arm's length reflex
method as demonstrated and taught at the PSE seminars.
Q: The Meridian Stress Assessment (MSA) brochure,
describes its test procedure as measuring electrical conductivity
at responsive points (meridian points, that corresponds to
acupuncture points) on the skin - typically on the hands and
feet. Some practitioners feel that nervous system points are
appropriate to use, others test on immune system points.
One practitioner wanted to know: if she should test a stressed
organ for the corresponding Rubimed Chakra remedy, based
on the anatomical location of the organ. Example: if the liver
is stressed, should Chavita 3 be tested first? And what is the
correct method of doing PSE testing, using MSAS, after the
patient has taken one set of remedies to see if the treatment
is complete?
A: There is no way to compare MSAS with Reba - these
are two totally different approaches to diagnosing and treating
patients. In Psychosomatic Energetics, with the Reba we
test first - and the body shows us exactly what it wants as a
therapy - it's the body's wisdom that decides which remedies
are required, not the knowledge or "intuition" of the practitioner.
My concerns are that improper PSE testing (such as other
equipment) will lead to incorrect prescribing of the Rubimed
REBA TEST DEVICE
remedies and unsatisfactory treatment results. With an incorrect
approach, a practitioner may then end up not feeling
confident with the testing method and give up on using PSE
to therapy, when the inconclusive results may be the result of
the equipment they are using. It is like they say “you can hammer
a nail in with a rock or even a set of pliers, but it sure
works a lot better with a hammer.” Eventually you switch to
using a hammer and notice you get better results. The unfortunate
point is that many who have invested thousands of dollars
into a testing device may not be ready to invest now in a
Reba device to avoid these difficulties and produce clearer results.
Q: Is it possible to test the patient with other Rubimed testing
kits beside the Basic Testing kit on MSAS?
A: No!! When testing with the Reba, the tester always puts
the identified remedy onto the patient's yin zone (near the
waist) - and then compares the results with the patient's initial
readings. This is not possible with MSAS testing. If the combination
of remedies manages to raise the patient's energy,
only then will these remedies be prescribed. This is the beauty
of the Reba device, it provides a "control" that nothing can
be prescribed wrongly - and this contributes to its success - as
we can be very sure that the patient will not only tolerate
his/her medication, but will also benefit from it!!
Q: What other possible uses are there for the Reba device?
A: You can also use the Reba device to find out if an agent
is an allergen or not. You can put any food to the test concerning
its energetic effects.
With the Rubimed organ (zoological) test kit you can test the
energetic level of a patient's organs and then as a subsequent
step you can measure the energetic quality of any supplement,
allopathic drug, etc. and its suitability for the patient.
There are many other applications - they are practically endless
- only I cannot tell everything at a Level I seminar - this
would cause headaches of a severe kind in attendees!!
This interview was conducted with Ulrike Banis in June 2006. On October
14th and 15th Dr. Banis will be in Toronto conducting a Level 2 (Advanced)
seminar in Psychosomatic Energetics, which teaches advanced techniques in
PSE, including using the REBA device to identify the Central Conflict and the
use of the Organ test kit and other special test vials.
“Many chronic diseases are caused by concealed unresolved
emotional conflicts that lead to energy blockages”
Using a polyfrequency spectrum (PFS), the REBA test device is a
state-of-the-art microprocessor technology instrument that can
identify the conflicts and energy blockages and geopathic stress
that disrupt the pathway to physical and emotional health.
