• La dosis de heparina para la infusion continua se calcula multiplicando el peso del<br />
paciente (kgs) por 500 (volumen de dilución), del tal manera que 1 ml = 1<br />
UI/Kg. Dosis de heparina = Peso (Kgs) x Volumen de Dilucion (ml)<br />
• Comenzar la infusion a 18 UI/Kg/hora, es decir 18 ml/hora<br />
• Solicitar un control de KPTT cada 6 horas hasta obtener 2 valores consecutivos en<br />
rango, a partir de ese momento se puede solicitar un control diario.
