Durante este tiempo el solicitante podría buscar accesoria de la AAC sobre la conveniencia de varias propuestas. El Inspector no debe asesorar en asuntos fuera del proceso de certificación. Donde se requiere asesoramiento adicional, el solicitante debería abocarse a consultar con fuentes de la industria aeronáutica. 4.2 Procesando la Solicitud Un aspirante buscando información de la AAC acerca de un COA debe establecer contacto con la oficina de Estándares de Vuelo o equivalente. La oficina de Estándares de Vuelo debe informar al aspirante que el Manual del Inspector de Operaciones (MIO) está disponible en el website de la AAC y se le hará entrega del MIO OPS FORMA 1010 – Panfleto Proceso de Certificación para Operadores Aéreos, y se le informará que la AAC no tomará ninguna acción hasta que una declaración de intenciones con la Pre-solicitud sea presentada. El aspirante también será informado de los procesos de aeronavegabilidad que son parte del proceso de Certificación y pueden causar demoras. Estos procesos de certificación de aeronavegabilidad podrían, según apliquen, incluir: Emisión del Certificado de Aeronavegabilidad Aprobación de la MEL Aprobación del retorno al servicio/bitácora técnica de mantenimiento Aprobación de los sistema de mantenimiento Parte 4 Documento de Certificación Original Página 41 de 537
