Ayuntamiento, mediante el cual solicita le sea concedido un anticipo reintegrable para<br />
adquisición <strong>de</strong> mobiliario <strong>de</strong> hogar, por importe <strong>de</strong> dos mil euros (2.000,00 €) a <strong>de</strong>volver<br />
en 24 mensualida<strong>de</strong>s.<br />
La <strong>Junta</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>Gobierno</strong> <strong>Local</strong> por unanimidad ACUERDA:<br />
Acce<strong>de</strong>r a lo solicitado.<br />
2011JG01943.- INFRACCION O.M. TITULO II, art 11 y 12<br />
ANTONIO SILVENTE SALGADO.<br />
RESULTANDO que siendo las 13:30 Horas <strong>de</strong>l día 1 <strong>de</strong> Junio <strong>de</strong> 2011, cuando los<br />
Policías <strong>de</strong> Servicio han sido requerido por la Central <strong>de</strong> Policía para que fuesen a la<br />
calle General Margallo ya que se estaba realizando una actividad <strong>de</strong> venta ambulante.<br />
Que una vez en el lugar observaron como un vehiculo marca IVECO 35 C15, matricula<br />
1994CWT, se encontraba vendiendo fruta y verduras.<br />
Por lo que se i<strong>de</strong>ntifica y resulto ser: D. ANTONIO SILVENTE SALGADO, vecino <strong>de</strong><br />
VILLAHERMOSA provincia <strong>de</strong> CIUDAD REAL, domicilio en calle Pablo Ruiz Picasso, Nº<br />
18 y con DNI 52137008X. el cual estaba ejerciendo dicha actividad sin autorización<br />
municipal<br />
CONSIDERANDO que se trata <strong>de</strong> una infracción <strong>de</strong> las Or<strong>de</strong>nanzas Municipales Titulo<br />
II, art. 11 y 12, Reglamento para venta no se<strong>de</strong>ntaria y mediante reparto B.O.P. 28-08-89,<br />
art. 7º, se le comunico que seria propuesto para <strong>de</strong>nuncia ante el Ilmo. Sr. Alcal<strong>de</strong>-<br />
Presi<strong>de</strong>nte <strong>de</strong> la <strong>Junta</strong> <strong>de</strong> gobierno <strong>Local</strong> <strong>de</strong>l Excmo. Ayuntamiento <strong>de</strong> Val<strong>de</strong>peñas.<br />
La <strong>Junta</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>Gobierno</strong> <strong>Local</strong> por unanimidad ACUERDA:<br />
PRIMERO: Imponer una sanción <strong>de</strong> 300 € al autor <strong>de</strong> la infracción.<br />
