La <strong>Junta</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>Gobierno</strong> <strong>Local</strong> por unanimidad ACUERDA:<br />
PRIMERO: Imponer una Sanción <strong>de</strong> 300 € al titular <strong>de</strong>l establecimiento responsable <strong>de</strong> la<br />
infracción<br />
2011JG01951.- INFRACCION LEY 2/95 CONTRA LA VENTA Y PUBLICIDAD DE<br />
BEBIDAS ALCOHOLICAS A MENORES, CAPITULO1, art 1 aprt 1º<br />
DOMINGO DEL FRESNO VILLEGAS.<br />
RESULTANDO que siendo las 19:50 horas <strong>de</strong>l dia 21 <strong>de</strong> Mayo <strong>de</strong> 2011, cuando los<br />
Policias <strong>de</strong> Servicio realizaban recorrido <strong>de</strong> población, observaron con en el local DMD<br />
MULTITIENDA CASI 24 HORAS, sito en calle Tomas <strong>de</strong> Antequera, se estaba realizando<br />
venta <strong>de</strong> bebidas alcohólicas a menores.<br />
Por lo que se i<strong>de</strong>ntifico al propietario <strong>de</strong>l local que resulto ser D. DOMINGO DEL<br />
FRESNO VILLEGAS, vecino <strong>de</strong> VALDEPEÑAS, provincia <strong>de</strong> CIUDAD REAL, con<br />
domicilio en Calle Tomas <strong>de</strong> Antequera 25 y DNI 70642878B.<br />
Se i<strong>de</strong>ntifica al empleado que realiza la venta que resulto ser D. AGUSTIN JIMENEZ<br />
SERRANO, vecino <strong>de</strong> MANZANARES, provincia <strong>de</strong> CIUDAD REAL, con domicilio en<br />
Virgen <strong>de</strong> la Paz, 15 y con DNI 70735644H<br />
CONSIDERANDO que se trata <strong>de</strong> una infracción <strong>de</strong> la Ley 2/95 contra la venta y<br />
publicidad <strong>de</strong> bebidas alcohólicas a menores, capitulo I, art. 1, apart. 1º. Se le comunico<br />
que serian propuestos para <strong>de</strong>nuncia ante el Ilmo. Sr. Alcal<strong>de</strong>- Presi<strong>de</strong>nte <strong>de</strong> la <strong>Junta</strong> <strong>de</strong><br />
<strong>Gobierno</strong> <strong>Local</strong>, quedando enterado.<br />
La venta consistió en 4 botellas <strong>de</strong> litro <strong>de</strong> cerveza, 1 botella <strong>de</strong> Whisqui Ballantines, 1<br />
botella <strong>de</strong> vodka Eristoff y 1 botella <strong>de</strong> ron negrita.<br />
Los menores se correspon<strong>de</strong> su i<strong>de</strong>ntidad con las siguientes iniciales: S.N.S. y A.L.C.<br />
La <strong>Junta</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>Gobierno</strong> <strong>Local</strong> por unanimidad ACUERDA:<br />
