provincia <strong>de</strong> CIUDAD REAL, domicilio en calle Bataneros, Nº 70 y con DNI 71220697R<br />
CONSIDERANDO que se trata <strong>de</strong> una infracción <strong>de</strong> las Or<strong>de</strong>nanzas Municipales<br />
ART. 11-C, se le comunico que seria propuesto para <strong>de</strong>nuncia ante el Ilmo Sr. Alcal<strong>de</strong>-<br />
Presi<strong>de</strong>nte <strong>de</strong> la <strong>Junta</strong> <strong>de</strong> gobierno <strong>Local</strong> <strong>de</strong>l Excmo. Ayuntamiento <strong>de</strong> Val<strong>de</strong>peñas.<br />
La <strong>Junta</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>Gobierno</strong> <strong>Local</strong> por unanimidad ACUERDA:<br />
PRIMERO: Imponer una sanción <strong>de</strong> 200€ al autor <strong>de</strong> la infracción.<br />

GRUPO ALTAAGRUA EMPRESARIAL SL.<br />
RESULTANDO que siendo las 02:20 horas <strong>de</strong>l día 13 <strong>de</strong> Junio <strong>de</strong> 2011, cuando los<br />
Policías <strong>de</strong> Servicio realizaban recorrido <strong>de</strong> población por la zona <strong>de</strong> Avda. 1º <strong>de</strong> Julio,<br />
observaron una ocupación <strong>de</strong> la vía, consistente en la instalación <strong>de</strong> terraza con<br />
veladores <strong>de</strong> mesas altas, bajas y silla en el local <strong>de</strong>nominado LIGHT HOUSE.<br />
Por lo que se i<strong>de</strong>ntifico al titular <strong>de</strong>l establecimiento que resulto ser la entidad<br />
<strong>de</strong>nominada GRUPO ALTAAGUA EMPRESARIAL SL, con domicilio social en Avda. 1º<br />
<strong>de</strong> Julio 66 bajo, <strong>de</strong> VALDEPEÑAS, provincial <strong>de</strong> CIUDAD REAL y CIF B13444427<br />
CONSIDERANDO que se trata <strong>de</strong> una infracción <strong>de</strong> las O.M. Titulo II, art. 10,<br />
apartado 3º se le comunico al encargado <strong>de</strong>l establecimiento Dña. YENNI AVENDAÑO<br />
TORRES que serian propuestos para <strong>de</strong>nuncia ante el Ilmo. Sr. Alcal<strong>de</strong>-Presi<strong>de</strong>nte <strong>de</strong> la<br />
<strong>Junta</strong> <strong>de</strong> gobierno <strong>Local</strong> <strong>de</strong>l Excmo. Ayuntamiento <strong>de</strong> Val<strong>de</strong>peñas.<br />
La <strong>Junta</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>Gobierno</strong> <strong>Local</strong> por unanimidad ACUERDA:<br />
PRIMERO: Imponer una Sanción <strong>de</strong> 300 € al titular <strong>de</strong>l establecimiento responsable <strong>de</strong> la<br />
infracción<br />
